Sushi-IoT
Sushi-IoT is a comprehensive ecosystem specifically designed for IoT and Edge Computing applications. It is fully customizable and based on high-availability commercial components.
The system essentially consists of two parts, the Sushi-Board hardware and the Sushi-Python software, which can also be used partially and independently.

- Sushi-Python A firmware that provides a solid foundation for IoT and Edge Computing projects, programmable via MicroPython scripts according to specific application needs.
